About

Site-tested estimating, delivered remotely.

I've spent the last three years on contractor-side construction — buildings, bridge rehabilitation, flood-control works, and commercial fit-outs — doing the work that keeps a project costed, supplied, and documented.

That means material calculations and quantity takeoffs, BOQ and BOM preparation, reviewing drawings and specifications to catch discrepancies before they turn into on-site rework, coordinating procurement so deliveries match the schedule, and compiling the progress and billing documentation that validates payment claims.

My current role supports two active builds worth ₱430M and ₱240M. Before that I prepared bid-ready BOQs for projects from ₱1.2M to ₱6.5M, and took perimeter fence projects from blank drawing to costed estimate on my own.

I work comfortably and independently with remote teams, and I'm fluent in written and spoken English. If you need estimating, coordination, or construction admin support without adding a desk to your office — that's what I do.

Proposed Perimeter Fence

Private property · Tanauan, Leyte

A perimeter fence enclosing and securing a private site ahead of an office building construction. I designed and drafted the full plan set — site development plan, wall and footing details, column and tie beam details, and gate detail — then produced the bill of materials from my own drawings.

My role: CAD drafting and design of the complete plan set, then quantity takeoff and preparation of the Bills of Materials covering general requirements, civil and structural works, masonry, and finishing.

Proposed Audio-Visual Hall

Seminary school · Leyte

A dedicated hall for events, presentations, seminars, and other academic and institutional functions. I produced the shop drawings, modelled the building in SketchUp so the client could see the finished space before committing, and prepared the quantity take-off.

My role: Shop drawing preparation, 3D modelling for client visualisation, and the full quantity take-off used to price the build.
